Background: 
From a young age I was taught that you need to love what you do because life is too short not to. I consider myself very fortunate to coach driven athletes for a living.  

​I have worked in the fitness industry since I was 15 years old. Sport, health and fitness have always been a huge part of my life, with my parents encouraging my siblings and me to never say no and always chase our dreams. I started cycling with my Dad at the age of 15 and have never looked back.

I grew up in Adelaide and after moving to Melbourne at age 18, I became a Personal Trainer and worked in a studio for almost six years. 

During my time as a PT I developed a passion for endurance sport and obtained running and triathlon certification. I helped numerous clients to achieve their own health and fitness goals - from 2-20kg fat loss, rehabilitation after injuries through strength training, first 5km races, PB marathon races, first Ironman triathlons and even 100km ultra running events. 

I have loved everything about my job as a PT and have received Victorian and international awards along the way, but I am excited to take the plunge into triathlon and endurance coaching with T:Zero Multisport because that is where my passion lies.   I live and breathe health and fitness; I treat this as a lifestyle as it’s more than just a job for me. Together with my partner Zac (a Physical Education teacher) and our little pup Cooper, we strive to live our life the healthiest and happiest way possible.

I have high standards for myself and a work drive like no other. I want nothing more than my athletes to succeed in whatever area they want. I will be there 110% of the way and will give you my all throughout our long-term process together. I love what I do and am constantly inspired by my athletes and those around me, which provides me with more to give to those I coach.

Who is my ideal athlete?
I am interested in working with any athlete no matter what the goal - big or small.

All I ask from my athletes is that they are hardworking, determined, and have a growth mindset. I am all about long term results and growth and not about the ‘quick fixes’. Having a longer approach towards your fitness and goals is crucial to your performance and long-term journey in the endurance sporting world.

Being in the fitness industry for as long as I have been has given me the utmost respect for learning the finer details rather than going with the motion or getting caught up with what everyone else is doing. Your goals and your ‘why’ are yours and no-one else’s. 

I have a particular passion for events such as long course triathlon, marathons, ultra-marathons and strength training for endurance athletes, so if this sounds like you, let’s chat!
