Welcome to T:Zero Multisport's FIRST 'Epic' Camp held on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. If you are wanting an end of year challenge that will test your physical and mental resolve - then this is for you! This camp is all about long slow miles and high quality coaching with T:Zero Multisport's Head Coaches Scotty Farrell and Richard Thompson. The camp also offers all of the personal touches like - fully supported rides, massive lunches, ice baths, massage and informative presentations. T:Zero Multisport camps are always high quality, but this camp is next level. Spaces are limited, so be sure not to miss out. We are very excited about what the 3 days have in store for each and every athlete. The camp itinerary is as follows: 28 December 2016 0500: Epic Hinterland Long Ride (est. 7 hours). Fully supported with obligatory bakery stop along the way taking in the sights of Peachester, Bald Knob, Maleny, Kenilworth, Connondale and Eumundi. 1230: Focused recovery - Ice baths and rolling session and leg flush by the T:Zero Masseuse 1300: Catered lunch (with presentation by Australian Cycling Coaching Royalty) - Mountain Creek Aquatic Complex 1400: Long Endurance/Recovery Swim - Working on Drills, Stroke Correction and endurance - Mountain Creek Aquatic Complex 1600: Recovery Run Session + Drill Clinic 1700: Finish of Day 1 29 December 2016 0530: Recovery Ride from Mountain Creek Aquatic Complex to Ewan Maddock Dam 0630: Long Endurance Soft Trail Run - Ewen Maddock Dam (includes on trail technique session) 0900: Open Water Swim Technique Session - Ewen Maddock Dam 1030: Recovery Ride from Ewan Maddock Dam to Mountain Creek Aquatic Complex 1130: Focused recovery - Ice baths and rolling session 1200: Catered lunch - Mountain Creek Aquatic Complex with informative nutrition presentation by The Natural Athlete 1330: Long Strength-Endurance Swim Session 1530: Presentation by Natasha Cole of Sports & Spinal Physiotherapy, about the keys of core stability + core session 1700: Finish of Day 2 30 December 2016 0500: Epic TT Ride (6-7 hours) with run off the bike. Fully supported with obligatory bakery stop along the way taking in the sights of Palmwoods, Montville, Mapleton, Yandina, Eumundi, Doonan, Tewantin, Noosa and Coolum all the way back to Mooloolaba. 12:00: Run off the bike 12:30: Focused recovery - Ice baths and rolling session and leg flush by the T:Zero Masseuse 1300: Catered lunch (QnA with the coaches about putting together a perfect season to qualify for the Ironman World Championships) - Mountain Creek Aquatic Complex 1415: Aerobic Endurance Swim - Mountain Creek Aquatic Complex 1600: Yoga Session by qualified Yoga Instructor (please bring your mat if you have one) 1700: Finish of the inaugural T:Zero Multisport Epic Camp |
