- 2016 - In the space of 3 months from a 25min 1500m (1:36/100m pace) for an Standard Triathlon ---> 53mins in Hawaiian Ironman World Championships ( 1:23/100m pace)
- 2017 - Assisting Richard to the Ultraman swim to hold 1:30min/100m for 10km and help him claim the Day 1 (and overall) World Record.
- Hawaii Ironman finisher Rachel Matthews
- 2017 - From 72mins Ironman Cairns (wetsuit swim in June '17) ---> 68mins in Hawaiian Ironman World Championships (non-wetsuit swim).
- Hawaii Iroman qualifier Andrew Perry
- 2017 - From 70 mins (wetsuit Ironman swim in March'17) to 59mins in Ironman Malaysia (non-wetsuit swim).
Ridiculously amazing results - what is 5-10-15min off your swim time worth to you?
"It is not just about the time, but what state you are in at T1 - that is key. You all are supremely fit athletes aerobically - it is a matter of making sure you translate that fitness into a fast but controlled swim on race day to set yourself up to have a great bike and run" - Coach Lisa Spink
