"When I first started triathlon I was overweight, training on my own and struggling to complete any sprint or Olympic Distance Triathlons. As a past competitive swimmer I always knew I could do better which is why I sought out T:Zero Multisport. I’ve been training with T:Zero Multisport for over 4yrs now and in that time I’ve completed 4 Ironman Triathlons and have a top 10 finish in my age group in the Cancun 70.3 and 2nd place in my age group in the Vancouver Triathlon. I had tried other squads before but the personalised programs and the level of access and service available, even when living overseas, has definitely been the difference compared to generic “all members” programs from other squads."

I did my first triathlon 6 years ago and have now completed in 9 olympic distance triathlons. It seemed that no matter how hard I trained my times we're getting slower and slower. That is until this year when I was fortunate enough to sign up with coach Em Quinn for help. I began working with Em only 7 weeks before the Mooloolaba tri this year (2016) and the result speaks for itself - one of my best times. It was great to have Em's support and so much easier to have a specific tailored program to follow than to just train blindly and hope for the best. It's all about training smarter than harder. Getting the right balance of what to do in training sessions, when to work harder and when to allow your body to recover. I think Em nailed that. I feel confident that my time would not have improved without Em's guidance and would recommend her to anyone wanting to improve on their results. Thanks again Em and T:Zero Multisport

"I started working with Coach Scotty in January 2016 to work towards my debut ironman event in WA in December 2016. I was referred to Scotty by a friend who raved about his programs and knowledge. Following my initial meeting with Scotty, I knew I was in the right hands and that he would deliver me a program that would not only see me complete my dream but also help me with so many mental aspects of tackling an ironman.
The fact that Scotty has a capped athlete ratio means that I was always able to talk with him and discuss my program which was tailored around my dreadful shift work schedule. I uploaded all my training data daily which allowed Scotty to assess and tweak my sessions in real time to ensure that I was recoverI got sufficiently to perform at my best for the gruelling ironman build.
I can confidently say that without Scottys expert advice, tutelage and encouragement I would never have completed my debut ironman in 11 hours and 17 minutes in very trying conditions and come 8th in my age group on debut! The fact that Scotty has been to Kona and qualified for the 70.3 World Championships means that he can not only perform himself but he is very qualified to prepare programs for us weekend warriors. Starting with Scotty and TZero was the best thing I ever did and I will continue to work with Scotty to realise more goals in 2016!

I can't speak highly enough of the T-Zero experience leading up to Ironman WA. My training program was individualised for me and my ability, with flexibility to fit in with my life and work commitments. It was designed so that I could do some training independently and some with my training buddies, which was perfect for me. Even though my coach was not in the same city, I felt very well supported on my journey through email and phone contact, making it easy for me to stay motivated and focussed on my goal. My coach was always available to discuss my progress and any concerns that I had, adjusting my program if needed. I was surprised at how well by body coped with the training and I was delighted with the outcome on race day- a 55 minute PB! Judy B - Multiple Ironman Finisher
"I engaged T:Zero Multisport as my coach for long course triathlons as a 'newbie' to the sport, having competed in my first triathlon only 4 months prior and having trained for that event (as a dare) from a program I found on the net. To say I was naive is an understatement. I was very fortunate to learn from the coaches at T:Zero Multisport through an inspirational friend and colleague who herself has competed in a number of long course and ironman events.
From our initial contact I found the coaches at T:Zero Multisport to be incredibly supportive, motivating and patient! Whilst I was interstate, T:Zero Multisport was only ever a call or email away. They were very receptive to my individual needs and tailored my program for what I could achieve around home and work life. Their programs are creative and focused, giving you the confidence that all the hard work will come to fruition on race day. Above all, the coaches taught the invaluable lesson of the importance of rest and recovery as an integral part of training. With their guidance I went from the newbie with no idea to a competitive age grouper over the long course, and qualified for the world 70.3 championships. Thank you T:Zero Multisport!"

"I've been a proud member of T:Zero Multisport for a little over two years (from the day I bought my first bike). In that time I've gone from being a weekend warrior gym-goer to becoming a competitive triathlete - having recently been on the podium at Mooloolaba triathlon. The coaches have individually tailored my program to suit me - no small feat as we look to balance full time work and the arrival of twins a year ago! Constant communication and feedback from the Coach has allowed me to surpass what I thought was my potential, multiple times. I have huge ambitions for the future and I know that T:Zero is the place for me to be to achieve them!"

"I first met the coaches through a mate who had previously coached him through his first Ironman. I was thinking about competing in my first Iron distance event and after a quick coffee and a chat, my decision was made and I knew that he would be invaluable in my preparation. Since 2011 I have been lucky enough to have the coaches from T:Zero Multisport for every subsequent event I have raced in and only seen improvement in that time. Their knowledge of endurance events and training systems is huge and they have tailored each and every program to help me balance training, work and day-to-day life whilst still getting the most out of me. Make no mistake, the training programs aren’t easy but if you are prepared to do the work and want to go faster, just follow the program.
Training for endurance events is a process and there is plenty to know and learn. The T:Zero coaches have always taken the guess work out of this process for me and allowed me to just focus on the program. Whether I have a query about training, technique, nutrition...whatever, They has always had an answer for me. I couldn’t recommend T:zero highly enough, regardless of whether you are starting out or a seasoned veteran."
