Do you want a weekend of fun, challenging training, informative presentations and high level coaching? This camp is for you! Welcome to T:Zero Multisport's annual Cairns Ironman & 70.3 Training Camp. In its third year in FNQ, the 2018 edition is without doubt will be the best camp ever produced by T:Zero! The three day camp will be heavily focused on building strength & endurance and developing each athlete to reach their potential. T:Zero Head Coach Richard Thompson alongside Development Coaches Lisa Spink and Monique Ralph are set to deliver a fun, educational and challenging weekend of endurance training with specific focus on the 2018 Cairns IM/70.3 course. All sessions, swim, bike and run shall be fully supported as well as healthy lunches provided to keep your working body fueled! The weekend will also involve several informative presentations from the coaches and local professionals, functional strength and core sessions as well as goodie bags from our sponsors and a unique T:Zero camp merchandise pack. Whether or not you are part of the T:Zero Family, If you are doing the Ironman or 70.3 this year - then this camp is not to be missed!
